The final recording sessions by Sonny Boy Williamson II in April 1965, material that has been released on such Williamson albums as Don't Send Me No Flowers and Jam Session. It has also been released under Page's name with the album title Sonny Boy Williamson, and Dressed to Kill previously released the identical material with the album title Jimmy Page. The band, which consists of two saxophones (Joe Harriot, alto; Alan Skidmore, tenor), organ (Brian Auger), guitar (Page), bass (Ricky Brown), and drums (Mick Waller), backs the harmonica-playing blues singer on some typical material, including his signature song "One Way Out" (here mislabeled "I See a Man Downstairs").
